Verifying Your nhacai Account
Account verification is how we confirm your nhacai account belongs to you — and how we protect your balance if anything looks off. We'll ask for a government-issued photo ID, like a driver's license or passport, and a quick selfie to match the document. Some accounts may also need proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Upload everything
directly from your phone camera through the account settings screen — no printing or mailing needed. Once our team reviews your documents, verification status updates in your account profile. Most accounts complete this once and never see the prompt again.
- Go to account settings — Find the Verification section inside your nhacai profile and tap Start Verification to open the upload screen.
- Upload your photo ID — Take a clear photo of your driver's license or passport — both sides if your ID is a state license.
- Submit a selfie — The verification screen will prompt a selfie so we can match your face to the document you uploaded.
- Wait for confirmation — Our team reviews submissions and updates your account status — check the Verification tab for a confirmed or pending status.
